They can be simple machines or complex machines depending on which features appeal to you. Here is a review of some of the best toasters. 6. Russell Hobbs 2-Slice Retro Style Toaster
If you want to amp up your kitchen without actually doing any work on it, this Russell Hobbs toaster can act as the pièce de résistance. This little red toaster adds a retro touch to your kitchen while also toasting your slice of bread or bagel to perfection. Brown your toast to meet your taste by taking advantage of its variable browning control that you can use to set the level of doneness you want.
What we like about this toaster is that it also heats up bagels thanks to its Bagel function. But that’s not all; it also has a removable warming rack for you to warm buns, rolls, and other pastry items. Plus, you can monitor the progress of toasting because of its Lift & Look function without having to cancel the heating cycle as it often happens with other toasters.

One of the best features is the high-speed toasting mechanism. It begins toasting almost immediately after you drop the toast. It is a basic toaster, but you are paying for the quality and the name. If you can afford it, then you will probably be happy with your purchase.
4. Hamilton Beach Ensemble Extra-Wide Toaster
Sometimes you just need to toast something. This is one of the bests toasters that is more traditional. You turn the dial to the desired dark setting, put the bread in, and push the lever down. Although the toaster is a basic, traditional toaster, it does have a few handy features.

1. Cuisinart CPT-440 Touch to Toast Leverless 4-Slice Toaster
This is one of the best toasters around. It is a touch-to-toast, meaning that you press a button and it automatically lowers your toast into the toaster. The best part about this toaster is that although it has a lot of features, they mostly operate by clearly-labeled buttons making it simple to navigate through the features.
The toaster has three pre-programmed functions (bagel, defrost, reheat) and seven browning settings. The left and right sides operate separately meaning that you can make customized orders of toast at the same time.
